Meal Plan 3 (Gluten Free/ Dairy Free)

How is everyone doing these days? We are going to be hearing more about going onto Stage 3 here in Ontario. As of last Friday, everyone has to wear a mask in any public building. Well I guess that means that I will definitely not be going into any stores, as I can not wear a mask, due to my allergies and asthma…. So, I will continue to be doing curbside pickup for most things and send my husband to a store now and then.

How are you dealing with the whole pandemic, social distancing and mask wearing? I hope everyone is staying safe!!

Here are some more great meal ideas to help keep everyone sane. At least you will have one less thing to really think about!!

Sunday: Ginger Sesame Chicken Skewers and Quinoa and Vegetable Salad

Monday: 5 Minute Roast Red Pepper Sauce served on spiraled zucchini or gluten free pasta -Vegan

Tuesday: Beef Fajitas

Wednesday: Bacon Wrapped Chicken and Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Thursday: Sausage and Pepper Stir Fry

Friday: Roasted Vegetable Soup with Simply Made Buns– Vegan
