Hello!
I didn’t want to post this on the main board since it is personal, but I saw that you said you’ve done allergy testing before and I wanted to ask you if you had the name of the test and which Doctor provides the test?
Hi Sandi. Thank so much for your participation in Gluten-Free Wednesdays. I’m sharing your cinnamon swirl post later this evening. Do you think you could leave an actual hyperlink to my site rather than the url without it being clickable? Thanks!
I’m so excited to find someone who understands. So many recipes are only gluten-free and contain a lot of sugar or dairy. I desperately need support. October 3, 2016 I was told by one Dr that I had food allergies without testing. Now new Dr. has scheduled skin scratch tests. We shall see. I feel better off dairy, grains and sugar.
Personally I feel, that if not eating certain foods makes for feel better then don’t eat them. If you haven’t been eating those foods, they may not show up as a positive on your skin test. If you have an intolerance and not an allergy to the protein in the food it will not test positive even though you react to the food when you eat it. Just remember those things after getting your results. Good luck and email me any time 🙂
