The holiday season has arrived! With all the hustle and bustle, you want to be able to enjoy your yummy, allergy free treats! You know that there will be trays of goodies everywhere. You know that you will be tempted. You also know that you don’t want to spend the holiday season, sick! So what better way to make it through than to make your own treats. This fudge is not only delicious and creamy, but it is also vegan. You can also enjoy making any of my other holiday treats that I make! I have many collections of squares, cookies and sweets!!

Chocolate Fudge (Vegan/ Dairy Free/ Gluten Free)
1 batch of coconut sweetened condensed milk
2 c. dairy free chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch sea salt
Make a batch of coconut sweetened condensed milk. Just after removing pan from heat, add chocolate, vanilla and salt. Stir until melted.
Pour into a parchment paper lined either 8″by 8″ or 5″by 7″ pan. Let set in the fridge for 4-6 hours. Cut into squares. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer in a covered container.
