Do you enjoy broccoli salad? Most people do. Its great to take to a gathering!
Broccoli Salad
3 c. cut up broccoli florets
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. crumbled cooked bacon (omit if vegan)
1/2 c. red onion
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. shredded carrot
Mix all above ingredients into a bowl.
Dressing:
1 c. mayonnaise or cashew cream
1/4c. water
1/4c. honey or (maple syrup if vegan)
Whisk dressing ingredients together. Add to salad and mix. Will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to three days.
